Winter Holiday Order & Dispatch Notice (December–January) Please note that our order processing and dispatch schedule will be slightly adjusted over the holiday period. Orders received by 14:30 on Monday, 22 December, and Tuesday, 23 December will be processed and dispatched as normal. On Christmas Eve (Wednesday 24 December) and New Year’s Eve (Wednesday 31 December), we will be operating with reduced staff; however, all orders processed by 12:00 PM on both days will still be dispatched the same day. We will be closed on Christmas Day (Thursday 25 December), Boxing Day (Friday 26 December), and New Year’s Day (Thursday 1 January). No order processing or dispatch will take place on these dates.
